Brother in law of LAURA COOK NETTLES. William's father maybe either, Be njamin, Hezekial or Isiah Breland and a grandson of AMOS BRELAND. Afte r checking the 1850 & 1880 census I found that the William E Breland list ed as a son of James McGee Breland is not the same person as William Benj amin Breland as originaly thought. Further work is being done on this co nnection and will be shown when other developments are found. William wa s buried at Mount Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Hampton County, SC.
