Bob - first, I just read the posts here from the past few days. I saw your scrolling message and thought you were just having problems, not the type described here. I for one will donate additional to keep this site going. Not sure what your traffic is, but if most of the regulars could donate something, that extra $1,000 should be covered. This whole royalties thing ticks me off anyway. How many of the artists that are still alive actually profit from their recordings from decades ago? If I remember correctly, a lot of these artists died or are living below the an average standard of living. So are the big corporations that bought out the many small labels that these artists recorded for the ones profiting from sites such as these for something that they never had a hand in producing to start with?
