I did not realise that my congratulatory message to Bob Mathers on his wedding was going to end up on the forum, but anyway - so what? - it was from the heart! Now, at the risk of becoming boring - can I just repeat what a wonderful service UltimateOldies is? Within a few minutes of finding the site, I subscribed via PayPal, and I would recommend anybody out there who has not yet done so - to do so now. If we want this site to prosper (and we all do), we should support it in every way possible. It is not too often that people like Bob Mathers hove into view, but when they do - cherish them! Perhaps being in Ireland (3,000 miles away from New York and 6,000 miles away from Los Angeles), I appreciate this site more than most, but all I can say is - this site may not re-live my youth, but it sure re-lives the youth I would have like to have had! Again - congratulations Bob - and thanks. |
