I certainly would like to thank you for playing my "oh wows" list for this week! And as long as the listeners here enjoy hearing these lists, then I'll go ahead and compile them and turn them in every now and then!

Bob, I was somewhat shocked, though, to hear a disco version of ABBA's "Angel Eyes," and didn't know that ABBA made a disco version of that song. I'm a huge ABBA fan and have almost all of their CD's. And the pop version of "Angel Eyes," is on "Voulez-Vous" and two of their greatest hits compilation CD's, and I really think it sounds much better than the disco version does -- but that's okay though. You probably have a 45 single of that song, and didn't get it from one of their albums. The song really didn't do very well on the charts; it only made it to around #82 back in '79, and I'm not sure which version made it on the charts. Their pop version of the song is really one of my favourite ABBA songs.

Also, I figured you couldn't find the song "Future Shock," by Hello People -- but that's okay though. It's somewhat of an obscure tune that a lot of people probably hadn't heard before, as it only made it to #70 back in '75. I used to hear it a fair amount, though, on an FM station in Salt Lake and liked it. I wish you the best of luck with everything, Bob, and congratulations on your recent wedding!!!
