Hi Bob Quick Time was removed from my PC. I then had an epiphany and opened your website from Internet Explorer (I previously did it from Mozilla Firefox), and it worked! Funny thing though, why doesn't it work from Firefox. I do prefer to use Firefox for loads of reasons. Thanks for all your help. Best wishes Alta |
