The answer is Don and Dewey.


Also, the same tune was used for " The Jolly Green Giant " which hit Top 10 in 1965 for The Kingsmen.


Don and Dewey recorded the original version of " I'm Leaving It Up To You ". In the fall of 1963, Dale And Grace released their of this song and hit the #1 spot.
