Subject: Larry Verne - Mr. Custer - 1960

No sure if this is the "original" version, but it sounds like it from what I can remember. One Top 40 books tells a tale of (3) song writers who worked in the same building as Larry, and selected him, because of his Southern drawl, to sing, to a later edition that just says Larry is a novely singer. Neat (funny) song! :-)
