Thanks a lot for the info! Valued! As I said before, not sure I heard Art's version, though I do like his "Break Away" song! I figured Tim was the song writer, from the CD set it come from, I think titled Singer & Song Writers, or something like that! My older Top 40 book is falling apart, I thought a "M" page was missing, when I found no Tim Moore entries!

Yeah, I also noticed errors (later corrected) from Joel - newer to older books.

I guess we, in the US, have to rely on Billboard Magazine for song popularity, but were they ever audited at any time? I doubt it. But a good way to make your song receive radio play, by entering it into Top 40 - whatever it takes.

Never knew about the collapse of Asylum's distributor Paramount Records! Nice one!

Not that I'm against Art's version, just feel Tim's version deserved better!

I just get easily disturbed when I don't see decent songs that were popular, entered into Top 40, along with those, such as The Outsiders other hits, that I never heard of, that did!
