His Stereo catalog is a mess for as popular as he is/was. Even the gurus behind CD reissues, in stereo, shied away from his catalog. Maybe Polydor/PolyGram had high licensing fees to protect their goods. The Stereo renditions are not easily obtained, a hit or miss mission for myself. Most I remaster myself. James has a lot of prolonged songs, generally split in a Part 1 and 2. While Joel Whitburn states the record company (King Records) issued "Goodbye My Love", 1968, without a Part 1 or 2 suffix, a Part 2 does exist, since the song is over 5:30 minutes long. James wasn't all that poplar here on commercial radio, other than a few key songs. A lot of his Top 40 Hits, I'm hearing for the first time.... Best, John
