TRIVIA - Perez "Prez" Prado & His Orchestra - Used In What TV Ad?
Oh, heck, just give me the title to this song, that's difficult enough! Sound recording made prior to 1972, but RCA/BMG only seems to be concerned with that, so there had to be some change in copyright laws (or something) in 1972. No one seems to know! I seem to recall reading where it became mandatory to credit who produced a recording about the late '70's, at least in the US. Year for this recording? Got me, but I'd say late '50's, because of the style of stereophonic sound. After checking, it seems to be 1958, maybe even a "B" side! The TV ads, decades later, almost brought it to the top of the record charts in the UK! Not bad, Mr. Prado!
