I turn on the TV and find a BET channel. It's focused on blacks. Where is a WET (White Entertainment) channel? I ride home and hear a song on radio, a black group, a song I enjoyed. I go to check the radio station to thank them, online, WRNB-FM, in Philadelphia, and it understandable, maybe, to find a complete black staff, but all ads are focused on and for blacks. A female entrepreneur is behind the station(s), she's black. I read about her, and she sells off radio stations that don't celebrate blacks. I talk to blacks and they even agree, racism is still embedded in the minds of some people. Whenever it's a black subject, you'll find Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton who only seemed concerned with blacks. Even a black friend told me he NEVER saw as many blacks vote as there was when Obama ran for US president. Even Obama, with the whole USA about to fold, attempts to turn a situation between a white cop and a black home owner, into a racist thing. Let's share a beer, guys. It's just sad to see this never ending power struggle. If anything, and many agree, whites and blacks should join forces, because they are slowly becoming a minority is the USA. Ah, well, life goes on. Best, |
