Yea much of it has to do with the government requiring information from many of these Internet based companies to make sure that they are not depositories of "questionable" funds for nefarious activities. Unfortunately, the U.S.A. seems to be becoming more like the old Soviet System more every day. Many people won't get involved with a business opportunity that does business on the Internet if it is based in the U.S. Too much B.S. regulations and hoops to jump through. Sad commentary on what the U.S. has evolved into to.
