I'm not sure why Bob isn't going beyond the '70's. In my opinion, he's doing the same as many commercial radio stations are doing in and around Philly, segregating genres of music.

I almost fell off my chair when I heard a song on a Capitol Records, Lost '80's Hits, and there was Soulsister (besides Robbie Patton's song), a song I really liked from the late '80's!! Immediately bought the vinyl 45.
Of course, I researched the song, found a maxi CD (1988 EMI Electrola, Germany) with album, single and instrumental versions!!

Anyway, just my two cents.
