Jim, Ringo wasn't a bad drummer, and some even defended him for not being able to do a double stroke drum roll (he was Left Handed) Actually, Charlie Watts (Rolling Stones) had difficulty with some Stones songs, others filled-in. Just curious why Ringo's tracks were obliterated, unusable for stereo. My guess, it was for volume, mainly for mono mixes for AM radio.
