| Quick search on the 'net shows Capitol Records as Publisher, Harvest Records(not sure where they fit into the equation (a subsidiary?)), and ABC/Dunhill Music. Song made it to WFIL's Top 100, in '74', to about #64. Can't say I remember this tune back in '74, but possibly a DJ, Bob Pantano @ WOGL, played/s it on his Saturday Night Dance show.
