Walt - Just took another look at the site and I have a few more questions. 1. The exhibit runs from 10AM - 3 PM. What time do you want us to start moving our models in at? Is there a designated exhibitor parking area? 2. Will tables be provided? I'll need at least one table because I'm bringing a few r/c tugboat models: CGC TAMAROA (51" LOA); CGC CHEROKEE (26" LOA); CGC ILLINI (27" LOA); CGC DUTCH NARBOR (17" LOA) WHITEFISH BAY (16") and SOCONY 12 (14"). 3. Will power be available so we can quick charge batteries? 4. The "Directions" page shows a hotel. Which hotel is that? Is that the "official" hotel for the event? For those that are bringing other r/c models, I'll be bringing some other items for some possible fun events. I'll be bringing a fish scale so we can measure bollard pull of the models; I have some conversion tables so we can figure "scale" bollard pull based on the pounds/ounces pulled on the scale. I'll also be bringing a "derelict vessel" and some tow lines so the boats can try a salvage event. I can bring a few buoys to put in the pool. |
