Hi Walt - See my reply to Bob on the matter of the plans and such.

As for PayPal, it is a fairly straightforward process as long as the organization has a bank account to receive funds.

PayPal has pretty good pages describing how to setup a Donate button.

I'm including a link to a pretty good overview of using PayPal for getting donations.

If something isn't clear, feel free to shoot me off any questions that may come up and I'll try to dig up the answers.
