With you and Pat working the waterfront rigging and Doug Robinson taking a few turns on the Yahoo Tug Forum bitts relative to seeking new/used mooring lines for the old girl, you all seem to be wrapping up a few loose ends. And that's Great News!

A couple of weeks ago I caught wind of some scuttlebutt that seemed to indicate a grant with matching funds had been approved exclusively for ST BALTIMORE. Are we waiting for an official press conference to hear all (or at least some) of the details of such long sought GOOD NEWS or are you at liberty to pipe it down below decks to us straight away?
