Did you make it down to the TugFest last month? Scuttlebutt from a passing e-mail had it that there was suppose to have been a tug picnic for some of the volunteers yesterday. Did you get an invitation, and, if you went, how did it go, who showed up and what were the buzzing topics of the day?

I was hoping after a month out to get some sort of official report of how the August 2-3, 2008 TugFest went. But, to tell you the truth, I'd settle for just about any news from other attendees I could get at this point.

I saw images of the tug procession and a few more of the event site up on the welcome page link. Some really good shots too.

I know a picture is worth a thousand words but a few words from the event organizers wouldn't be too painful to share I should think. Then again, the sustained collective thrust of volunteer postings found here does speak volumes to the casual site surfers.
