Subject: Getting Your Vessel Lined Up for October

Message Detail:
Hi Bob,

Just got back from the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michael's Maryland and really have gotten excited after seeing the radio-controlled scale model contests conducted on the CBM museum's newly constructed operations pond. there were folks cheering from the grandstands as the various classes of remote controlled vessels manoeuvred their way past the off-shore light house and through the buoy lined channels which led to the finish line "U" slip. Each craft had its own steering challenges and the spectators seemed almost to be assisting the boat operator around each turn.

I do hope that you will be able to join us during the October 20-22 weekend with your model of the Baltimore based USCG TAMAROA. I'm sure that we could find a berth for you and a slip for your vessel.

Fair Winds,
Walt
