Walt,

BALTIMORE isn't expected to steam again until after the 100th birthday celebrations in late October.

There will, however, be lots of coal smoke as an entire North American Steam Boat Association squadron of vertical boiler steam launches are expected to be in attendance during the birthday bash along with steam whistle enthusiasts and blacksmiths demonstrating the nearly-lost-art of button head riveting.
